Indulge in a morning of Yoga and Clay at The Seed, Sunday 21st May, 8am-12pm.
Beginners welcomed! Perfect for friends and families to relax together.
Sybil, originally from Brazil, will lead you through a yoga practice at 8am, strengthening your mind, body and spirit. The active asana practice will be followed by sivasana, a relaxation where your body mind and spirit have the opportunity to gently take in everything that yoga has brought to you. Yoga is an ancient form of living from India, guided by the yoga sutras, written in Sanskrit.
At 9:30 we will spoil you with a delicious breakfast complete with organic savory breakfast muffins, yoghurt, granola, local honey, juice, tea and coffee.
Aimee, originally from America, will then guide you through a mindful and creative practice using our hands to make something out of clay. An ancient material that has been used for centuries to heal the skin, hold water in vessels and make anything you can imagine. You will learn basic hand building skills and a pottery wheel demonstration. You will be able to create a medium size vessel that will be clear glazed and fired in house, and ready to be collected in 4-6 weeks.
Price includes all creative supplies, 4 hours of fun and morning tea for $175. *please bring your own yoga mat!
