*Please be advised theme days are subject to availability - We endeavour to immediately remove theme day options as soon as they are full but in the event you book whilst we are updating our availability we will contact you to choose another theme day option or a credit for a future school holiday program.

**Please be advised our prices have gone up slightly this financial year due to rising material costs. We are still one of the most affordable art programs Australia wide!

IMPORTANT COVID Information about your booking

• In the event that health advice directs us to close the studio during this time your booking will be used as a credit toward a future school holiday program or term classes.
• In the event that health restrictions change our capacity limits there will be a first in best dressed policy, if your booking changes we will notify you via email and you will have a credit towards a future school holiday program or term classes.

Bullying Policy:

The Seed has a zero tolerance policy for bullying. If any child behaves in a way that is disrespectful to teachers or students and does not adhere to verbal warnings or endangers any persons or property we will ask you to collect them immediately.

The following measures and guidelines have been put in place to protect our students, parents, and the Seed team:

• Hand sanitiser will be made available at studio entrances and around the workspaces. All students will be required to use it before entering.
• To maintain a safe physical distance we have spaced seating.
• The number of participants attending school holiday workshops is limited to 30 students per session.
• All high touch areas and items (e.g. door handles, tables, chairs, paintbrushes and supplies etc) will be disinfected between classes.
• Parents are asked to please drop off and pickup up outside of the studio, please do not enter unless you need to make payment arrangements or for other administration purposes.
• Parent sign in forms will not be necessary, instead we will do a roll call.
• Students are asked to please bring their own drink bottles.
• Cashless payment and online bookings is preferred.
