Come on down to our Advanced Pottery Wheel workshop and get your hands dirty! This is an advanced wheel class for those who have previous experience with the pottery wheel (with us or offsite.) Learn how to create larger vessels such as fruit bowls or vases and come away with your two favourite pieces.
When: Saturday 2nd December, 2023
Time: 10am-12pm
In this intimate wheel workshop you will:
- learn to throw larger vessels, focusing on control and clay manipulation
- create a bowl, vase, hug mug etc
Each person will have several attempts but will keep your favourite 2 final pieces to be fired and glazed. Once dried (2ish weeks) we will bisque fire your pieces. You will return in 1 month to glaze. If you can’t come back we’re happy to glaze for you.
Bookings are essential! $150 per person. All supplies, an apron, firing and glaze included.
Feel free to BYO drinks and nibbles!
